4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

• Correct pricing errors that may occur due to technical or human mistakes.

Any price revision will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by House of Gursanjh.

5. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement via your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number.

Please note:

• This acknowledgement is only a confirmation that we have received your order request.
• It does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Your order is considered confirmed only after it has been reviewed and accepted by House of Gursanjh.

For Made-to-Order products, acceptance of the order will be communicated separately after verifying fabric availability, production timelines, and other requirements.

House of Gursanjh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or any other valid business reason.

6. Payment Terms

Orders will be processed only after successful payment verification.

Prepaid Orders

• Orders will be processed once the full payment has been successfully received.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Selected products may be eligible for Cash on Delivery.
• A minimum 50% advance payment may be required before processing COD orders, particularly for customised or made-to-order products.
• The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery, wherever applicable.

House of Gursanjh reserves the right to change payment methods without prior notice.

7. Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are specially crafted after an order is placed.

For such products:

• Production generally takes 3–4 weeks.
• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on production requirements.
• Once production has commenced, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch and deliver every order within the estimated delivery timeline.

However, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Courier partner delays
  Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

While we coordinate closely with our logistics partners, House of Gursanjh cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

Ownership and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

9. Cancellation

House of Gursanjh reserves the right to cancel any order in situations including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Technical errors
• Fraudulent transactions
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Logos
• Brand name
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Videos
• Website layout

is the exclusive property of House of Gursanjh and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

House of Gursanjh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
