Returns and Refund Policy

If the product has been shipped :

Courier the product back to us at our Official Address ( V-274, First Floor, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027 ). We will provide you Credits or a Voucher as soon as we receive the product/products back, the voucher will be sent via E-mail on your registered E-mail Address within 2 Working days (with 3 months validity) which will be worth the same value as of the returned products and you may at your own leisure use it on our site to buy products.( Customer has to bear the cost of return courier ) P.S. We will entertain the product only if it reaches us within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

If the goods are damaged :

Get in touch with us at 9811423337, 7289872316 and courier the product back to us at our Official Address ( Customer has to bear the cost of return courier ). If we have a replacement available with us we will dispatch it as soon as we receive the damaged product back else we will provide you Credits or a Voucher as soon as we receive the product/products back, the voucher will be sent via E-mail on your registered E-mail Address within 2 Working days (with 3 months) which will be worth the same value as of the returned products and you may at your own leisure use it on our site to buy products.

P.S. We will entertain the Damaged product only if it reaches us within 10

working days from the date of delivery.

If the goods are not damaged :
Goods once sold cannot be returned or Exchanged.

P.S. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
